In a previous incarnation (life)Forty years ago (1983) after a one woman show of my wearables in Antons, a Georgetown D.C. gallery, I cut up my woven wool and mohair weaving yardage and made the first raggedy Loeber Cat as a present to my baby Sarah. Soon my galleries ordered them, and more of them, I exhibited at national Craft Fairs, Sugar Loaf, Pennsylvania Designer Craftsmen, Carolina Craftsmen, and then Wholesale shows, Toy Fair and hired employees and worked for nearly 15 years making and traveling. As a commemorative I drew, painted and digitally designed and Copyrighted my doll's image in printed cotton, I have 6 different colorways and post them here. White, Grey Tabby, Black Jack, Lynx Point Siamese, and Marmalade Joe, Currently all are designed in coordinated color print dresses, giving a homage to our long ago design. The Callie Calco is featured. I added brushed wools and mohairs. For a greater selection my Dolls are at this site
